True Power Electrical Engineering Co. Ltd operates as a generator sales, installation and servicing Company in Ghana.

The Company was founded in 2000. The head office is based in Accra – Ghana with branches in Sekondi-Takoradi and Kumasi.

We also undertake rewinding of alternators and motors as well as offer technical advice to clients for purchasing and installation of generators. Our sales department provides electrical distribution and control products; motors and control systems.

Over the past 20 years, we have successfully installed and maintained generators and other related electrical works for high profile clients including the Canadian High Commission, South Africa High Commission, Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Nexans Kabelmetal Ghana Ltd, Ghana Oil Company (GOIL), Care International, Family Health International, Goethe Institute, Starwin Products, Poineer Food Company, German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), MTN Ghana and many more.

We have well trained and experienced technicians supervised by Certified Engineers to ensure that maintenance problems are well diagnosed and the proper solutions applied. Our clients will testify to this.

Our maintenance operations

  • All our technical staff can be reached 24hours a day by phone to attend to problems of clients. Supervisors independently follow up on jobs done by technicians to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • We respond swiftly to emergencies, typically within 30 minutes of receiving a call in Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi within the shortest possible time elsewhere.
  •   All the jobs we execute for our clients are accompanied by job cards describing work done and are certified by the clients. This is to ensure clients satisfaction with the job done.
  • In between scheduled servicing dates, we do periodic inspection and testing of the generators to ensure optimum working condition always.
  • We repair and maintain all brands of generators, even if not installed by us. This is where the client wants to benefit from our servicing effectiveness, efficiency and competitive pricing.
